SHIPPING

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.  Santinalucce.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

SANTINA LUCCE ships FedEx and UPS insured and offers three shipping options within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. We ship Standard (ground), 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Next Day Air. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped second day. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. 

santinalucce.com does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

  • New Year's Eve
  • New Year's Day
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipped outside the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska may be held for up to 10 business days to insure validity. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address. Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, import duties, and taxes vary by country and are the sole responsibility of you, the recipient. These fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to advise the amount of these charges and suggest you contact your local postal service for further information.

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:

All shipping rates are calculated through FedEx or UPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. 

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All Special or Custom Order pieces are not eligible for returns/exchanges or refunds and are final sale.  All sale items are final sale, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.  This includes all orders purchased on promotion and/or with a discount code. 

Santina Lucce gladly accepts exchanges only on all other items within 7 days of order delivery for an exchange minus the shipping charge. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.

To exchange an online purchase, please contact info@santinalucce.com for an authorization form. In the subject line, please include RETURN, your name, and the order number.  Exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items, returned in original packaging. All returned items must be shipped via FedEx or UPS in their complete original packaging and in unworn, unused condition.  A copy of the SANTINA LUCCE receipt must accompany your return. 

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undelivered packages. SANTINA LUCCE only accepts return packages from FedEx or UPS. All returns require signature confirmation. SANTINA LUCCE will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than santinalucce.com.

 SANTINA LUCCE reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in SANTINA LUCCE's sole discretion.
